After decades of success in the low-rise home market in the 905, Greenpark Homes made the decision to move into the highly competitive and lucrative condo market in Toronto and the GTA.
To make the successful move from low-rise and subdivisions to urban condominiums, Blade knew Greenpark would have to shift the focus of their brand and their perception in the real estate marketplace.
Starting in 2009 Blade worked tirelessly to mould Greenpark’s brand into that of a major player in the condo market. With successful print, radio, TV and online media campaigns, the goal was accomplished and Greenpark celebrated sell out success at every single one of their GTA condominiums sites.
